Refund Policy

All of my crochet items are handmade with care and I want you to love your order! Before shipping, I will send photos of your finished items to you via email for approval. This ensures everything looks just right before it's on it's way.

 

Because of the nature of custom and handmade items, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped, unless the product is damaged or defective. 

Examples of damaged or defective items include: 

  • An item arriving with a hole or unraveling stitches

  • An item missing a piece (such as a button, ear or stuffed limb)

  • Receiving the wrong color or size compared to your order details

  • Stuffing exposed or falling out immediately upon arrival

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. I'll do my best to make it right- whether that means repairing, replacing, or refunding the item, depending on the situation.

Please note that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Custom orders that were made to your specific request (unless damaged or defective)

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (though I'll help track your package) 

Your happiness matters to me, and I'll always do my best to ensure you're delighted with your crochet piece!
