Shipping Policy

Every crochet item is handmade with care, so please allow time for me to create your order before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on size and complexity of the item, but I'll always keep you updated along the way. Once your order is ready, I will send photos to your email for approval before shipping. 

After approval, your order will be shipped using a reliable carrier (USPS/UPS, depending on the size and destination). You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: 

• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or holidays

• Once an item has been shipped, it is out of my control, but I'll gladly help you track your package if needed

• Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout- I cannot issue refunds for items sent to the wrong address provided by the customer

If you have a deadline (like a birthday or holiday), please let me know before placing your order, and I'll do my best to make sure it arrives on time!
