Welcome to Handmade By Em! By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

   1. Orders 
All items are handmade with care. When you place an order, you are agreeing to purchase the items at the price listed at the time of order. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 

   2. Custom Orders 
Custom orders are created based on your specific requests. Because of this, all custom orders are final once production begins, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. I will provide photos of your custom item via email before shipping for your approval. 

   3. Payment 
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Payment is securely processed through [Wix Payments/PayPal/Stripe]. I do not store your full payment details. 

   4. Shipping 
Processing times vary depending on the size and complexity of the item. Once your order is ready, you will receive photos for approval before shipment. Shipping is via [USPS/UPS/etc.], and you will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or holidays. 

   5. Refunds & Returns 
Due to the handmade and custom nature of my items, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an item has shipped, unless it arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to my Refund Policy for details. 

   6. Intellectual Property 
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Handmade by Em and may not be used without permission.

   7. Liability 
By using this website and purchasing products, you agree that Handmade By Em is not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of products beyond what is covered in the refund policy.

   8. Changes to Terms 
I may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
